Pop-Up Numbers · by Seafood Mafia

Will your pop-up actually make money?

See your break-even, what each seat really adds, and what your time is worth — before tickets go on sale. Fill in the night as you'd actually run it; the ticket updates as you type. Defaults are a real class: 6 seats, $195, a whole wild sockeye each. No signup required.

The room

Any of those sold below full price — coupon, friend rate, early bird? They count inside "sold so far." Forecast rows assume full price.

Per head

Everything you buy because one more person is coming — ingredients, packaging, anything they leave with.

Fixed for the night

Paid whether 2 people show up or 20.

Tableside charges 6.6% all-in — card processing is included, so leave the second box at 0. Eventbrite, Square and most others bill the platform fee and the card fee separately; enter both. Fold any per-ticket cents into the percentage.

Anything else — name it so you remember it next time.

Add-ons

Expect to buy = the share of guests you think will say yes — drives the forecast rows. Guess low. Bought so far = how many actually did — drives the "so far" row.

Your time

Planning, shopping, prep, the event, cleanup — everyone working it, added up.
